Annual Fund

Over the last seven years, the enrollment at Elijah House Academy has grown from 90 students to a projected enrollment of 180 students for the 2011-2012 school year.  We have moved into a new building, hired Development and Athletic directors, and completed a high school program for our students.  To support all of these efforts, our annual operating budget has grown from $352,200 for the 2006-2007 school year to an estimated $979,160 for this next school year (2011-2012).  This represents a 278% increase in our budget over the last five years.  Faithful donors and volunteers have played an integral part in this growth. EHA, with the pivotal help of its Board and Development Committee, uses a variety of methods to meet this growing budget. 47% of funds come from individuals, 28% from foundations. 20% from tuition, 4% from churches, and almost 1% from corporations.As you know, at Elijah House Academy, we are in the business forming children to worship God with their mind as well as their heart, soul, and body. Over the past 20+ years we have developed a proven record of forming young men and women into disciplined students with character and integrity.
